Thank you so much for sharing this! I was there and could not believe that 1) Clapton appeared with the Del McCoury Band and 2) that they performed an obscure Clapton song like "Fall Like Rain" and 3) that it worked so well with Mr. McCoury's high lonesome singing. It's too bad Sierra Hull's husband, Justin Moses, was not a part of this. He does a great rendition of the song.
Appeared that Eric really enjoyed playing bluegrass style with this traditional band! Also joining them, the dobro master, Jerry Douglas! McCoury Brothers and JD Band playing at Hardley Strictly Bluegrass Festival this weekend, wish Eric would come surprise us!❤🎶
