Such a Masterpiece. Del has always been way ahead of his time. Lyrically the goat in my opinion.

This is such an underrated Del album. I remember having just graduated from high school when this came out. I was working overnights at a grocery store and then playing countless hours of Final Fantasy XI while jamming this and some other hip hop albums of the day. Good memories.

Yes, and when I hear it at the end it always comes on. I hear myself say goodbye, too in the end. To the pride and joy of the community. What a featured track that the first song could touch us in a way. When the FBI say hello.

I somehow acquired this album right when it came out when I was in 8th grade. I’m so glad I found this early on and it has contributed to who I am today. DEL’s lyrics are potent as hell

Raw Sewage was too, my favorite track off the album. It spoke to me. It said, this new album from Del could be Hip-Hop's new mileage. It was about time to re-introduce hip-hop in the community. In 2008 the FBI said goodbye to the war on drugs even the US Marines hunting a young woman named Altoz in the community who was running from Alcatraz. I say goodbye too myself, when I have seen her before, too. What a great Curtis Mayfield sample himself at the beginning and a strange ending to a track.

To me, this was kinda a recontinue of Eye Examination. George, Alarm, and Deltron were solid. After that Del was always a hit and miss with me especially his most experimental stuff- this and future development. I never really got into the rest...maybe they seemed too conventional...I really should return to those albums.

Ive been looking for the song "funky homosapien" for so long and could never find it because its not on Spotify and typing "del the funky homosapien funky homosapien" gives me nothing.
