French Fries (@ 2:45) do look good, but so few! Not enough for two people in there . . . my suspicion is that if you double the load of fries the claimed cooking time of 15 minutes would double to 30 minutes. Same as a regular oven. A clever fryer, but not a truly large/powerful one that will prepare fried food for a family meal better than a $30 tabletop oven.

You can't, but you can do that easily in your microwave. You can back a fish fatfree instead. I have a comparible oven, the Magnani xxxl. I use it everyday, back off bread goes so much faster, chicken, fries, baking cakes, whatever.
It is so unfortunate when things really are bad people don't listen anymore because of bogus crap hypersensetive over rediculous OCD people post like this? Everything is bad unless its raw. Right? Cmon get real! BTW if you "do your homework" you get positive and negative mostly neutral. I would be interested to see a good reliable source telling why this type of cooking is bad. I am open minded, I will read it.
What nonsense? Infrared is bad for human skin, not for food. Its like saying baking is bad. People like you used to say in the late 50's and 60's that microwave radiation causes food to become cancerous. LOL !!!
