I can’t believe you found a place that manufactures an adapted coilspring conversion for that rear air ride. How long have you had it and how well is it working for you?
Hi, I have it on my car almost two years now. Very happy with the result. Don't miss air suspension at all, although it has several benefits. The company that sells this kit has several spring ratings, I went with the street one. I heard that springs from X5 E53 chassis work as well, but never tried this.
This video is entertaining of "man with problem, drives in rain, problem gets solved." But nothing else. Instructs nothing. High School Literature, stories have: (1) Beginning (2) Middle (3) End. This story has nothing buy complaining man who explains he has problem, and his "friend" fixed it. That was wonderful. Please post more [not].

i will try putting on my E61 the rear spring of an E39 wagon i bought my E61 for 4k so i don’t want to put 1k for a spring conversion. After my modification i will tell you guys if this will work and how the car rides
everything whent ok i put on my car the spring of an e39 and the support of the spring on the top and down of e53 the car drives great. Sorry for my english in the description if its not very good
@@rikinovi8316 do you have any photos of this? You can help out ALOT of people with this conversion. Just need more information on the parts you used 👍 are you using front mounts or rear mounts of a e53 (x5) are they shock mounts or coil spring mounts? Where did you bolt them into? Where the airbag came out of? Or where the shock is in the rear? If your on Facebook join the e60/61 owners club 👍
Alan Jamison have alredy done 3 of these conversions i bought the coil on a junk yard with the mounts for 40 bucks but i don’t have anny photo its about a 90 minutes job done
