my cousins a mentalist and I learned a ton of things from him growing up. Oz is so amateur that I can 100% tell what he's doing. Watch at 3:03 and you can see him moving his thumb on the paper. Everyone that does this trick does the same thing. They write a 1 down cause you can make almost any number from the number 1. He turned the 1 into a 4 once Avery said his number.
