I kind of agree but I like what they did with the original cut, she had never felt such a love before and wanted to help the guardians. In the original cut she just touches him feels all these emotions and begins to cry before calming down seeing the beauty and all of it and staring at the sunset which is great visual storytelling. She doesn't need to explain it she doesn't need to say what she's feeling we already know I think it's a lot more powerful just to have her touch him and realize
@@silentjackm.d4490 Yep i agree. I think the final cut heavily implies that if she can feel Drax's pain, she can also feel the love and bond towards the guardians too. The deleted scene is too heavy handed.
It wouldn't make any sense since the whole team saved the universe not just Peter quill. Also the scene would of just messed up the pacing of the overall movie and it adding nothing to the story. I'm glad all of these scenes were deleted.
