My parents never allowed me to make much friends, and whenever I made friends, they always had some kind of problem with them, and asked me to break off the friendship. Now when my social skills are almost non-existent, they expect me to achieve total mastery in that, and be total social butterfly, out of nowhere, after years of getting bullied and isolation
@Cicada 3310 No offence, but I would say that Matt cross is one of the biggest scammers and a coping boomer. I used to follow that guy before, but slowly saw through his b*crap. Also, what I am talking about is normal social skills, not some snake oil pick up autist game to get girls(which only works if you are good looking to begin with ironically)

Seriously guys you are commenting on this...its just a joke....but yeah if I would top IIT....i must have died inside AANNDD outside also.... Peace🙃🙃🙃🙃and wish me luck for CGL
Actually he is on a different intellectual level than any of us and hence you think he has no social life P.S. He is a renowned physicist now with a great life and this happened because he met people like him
The world doesn't give a fk about how *you* want the world to be ! so let him live his life , don't judge people! and actually he or neither anyone in this world who is sensible do not care about how dumb people like u perceive them!
His mother thinks him going to school and socializing, playing, learning with his friends will regress his intelligence....I kinda feel bad for this kid, his whole childhood has been snatched from him by his parents...
@Human finisher C'mon think logically, even if he had done top in delhi from iit (which i appreciate him a alot), my dream is also to get to iit but it does not mean i have to forget everything my friend, family and all the loved ones. I also agree that we have to sacrifice something to get to iit but ruining our whole childhood is not the answer. Sacrifice your free time and study 6-10 hrs a day and more but not by ruining your life

Whts to laugh abt...he probably went through in his mind thousands of gud books that he hd read in his life bt eventually said " cant decide" cuz there were way too many gud books 4 him to pick a single one out of them..

I am nowhere close to his vast scientific knowledge but I am quite sure people will like to interact with me more than him . 😅
He has become a genius by force. I mean his parents forced him to be like this. I expected a fun-filled interview like Richard Feynmann, as he is a genius.

Homeschooling is probably the worst decision a parent can take for his child. "Cracking" an exam, to me, is far less important than developing necessary life skills.
@No BS who said drugs and party is all enjoyment? Hanging out with your friends, going to different places, meeting new people, a love for a sport and playing outside with your friends.. and if you lived a life like that and with like one or two additions, even if you die either through some disease or naturally. It's nice that he would be achieving many things now but he missed so many things a child could experience :(
I kind of want Tanmay Bhat to react to this, maybe he'll give us some kind of entertainment through this pale interview. P.S. I really feel for the kid, seems like he's never been able to express his true emotions.
We need a genius like Richard Feynman who can inspire many people. I really feel for this kid. He published some research papers in US. I have gone through all his papers. It is just another research paper and not some path-breaking work. This kind of work many people are doing around the world without having the tag of genius or losing any of their personal life. I think even to be successful in a research career one needs to be good at socializing.
Man didn't had any fun in his teen age. As a topper I was a back bencher who did nothing except mischief. While most people in the comment section are making fun of him, he is doing world class research in astrophysics with papers already published in prestigious science journals like Nature and Physical Science Review
