Delhi to Kasol | Himachal Roadways vs Private Buses 

Hrtc operates 4 types of buses on Interstate routes: 1. Ordinary (3X2 Non AC) 2. Him mani (2X2 Non AC pushback seats) 3. Him Gaurav (2X2 AC pushback seats) 4. Himsuta (2X2 Luxury Volvo/Scania) HRTC buses are plying with legal RTO permits and hence HRTC have to pay taxes so fares are higher. Also in case of breakdown HRTC staff will shift you in other buses on the route. Private buses operating from Majnu Ka Tila are running without RTO permits and hence dont pay taxes so fares are lower. And in case of any mishap no responsibilty taken by bus operator.

Every himachali have faith in HRTC buses not in private buses.

You can get a private volvo from majnu ka tiila to kasol also.... 2 or 3 luxury buses runs daily from kasol to Delhi and vice versa.
