I’ve never used Rustoleums before but now we have to try them! Lol. What a stunning delicate pour and then your added embellishment changed it. Loved it! Stunning
So so pretty! The sign of a good pour artist to me is trying different techniques and having them work! You have an eye for technique and composition as well as do your homework on recipes and consistency. I absolutely love watching you in your process. Thank you for sharing! ❤️
@@SarahMackArt Thanks Sarah. Any success I have had is due to the excellent RU-vid artists like yourself always being so willing to share your tricks of the trade. ☺️
I can’t believe you were nervous, Sarah! You nailed it👏🏼 And I’m not surprised😁 I like that the colors were soft in this piece. It is a welcome change from some of the vivid bold colors I often see in Dutch Pours-which are great as well. Your embellishments with the “fluorescent pink(?)” are perfect! Thanks so much for sharing this with us! Be happy and be well!
Sarah, you created a beautiful, soft dutch blow-out! The movement in the Rust-Oleum's 'Seashell" is really cool. And I love that you lightly embellished with Blick's Fluorescent Violet. Gosh, Cathleen is a wonderful friend!! The Rust-Oleum's Metallic Accent paints are awesome! I first used them in 2014 while in Illinois for 5 months. I found them at Menards. Sadly, no one in So. California sells the Metallic Accents line, Menards cannot ship them to California, and Amazon charges double for them😣. Luckily, I have family and friends in Illinois who periodically will ship these paints to me. I know it's our tough environmental laws that prohibit the sales here; however, I screen and filter out the acrylic paints from ALL of my cleaning water and put the paint chips into used paint cans, and then take them to our Hazardous Waste site. Dang, I didn't see anything about your Premier (grrrrrr RU-vid and NO notifications!!!) so I'm sorry that I missed yours and everyone else's. I hope to catch the next ones. Big hugs ~Cheryl
Love how that hairdryer works. Wondering if when u use less paint with the colours how it would turn out if you just blew the colours without folding them with the base. It is pretty very soft. So soft that I couldn’t see it until you did the close up but really love how this turned out
I have to ask about your hair dryer... I bought it, but it doesn't have a cool button so do you have any issues blowing out your paints with hot only??
