Delicious and simple pie without milk and butter
Delicious, juicy pie - it just melts in your mouth! It turns out to be incredibly gentle. Such a pie can be prepared with any berries, but best of all with sour ones, for example, cherries, currants, etc.

To make the Summer Pie with berries:
* Glass 200 ml
** Mold diameter 20 cm
Large egg - 3 pcs.
Sugar - 1 glass (I added an incomplete glass - about 170 g of sugar)
Flour - 1 cup (130 g)
Baking powder - 0.5 tsp
Vegetable oil - 0.5 cups (about 80-90 g)
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/3 tsp
Berries (cherries or currants are ideal) - 300 g + 1 tbsp. starch
1. Add salt, sugar and vanilla sugar to the eggs, whisking with a mixer. Beat with a mixer for about 7-10 minutes until fluffy, light mass.
2. Pour in vegetable oil in a thin stream while whisking.
3. Stir flour with baking powder and sift to liquid ingredients. Mix gently with a spatula.
4. Line the bottom of the mold with parchment, grease the walls of the mold with butter or vegetable oil. Pour the dough into a mold.
5. Mix berries with starch. Place on top of the dough.
6. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Then you can cover the form with foil so that the cake does not burn on top, and bake for another 10-20 minutes until fully cooked.
7. The cake is very tender, so you need to let it cool in the form for about 15 minutes.
