This traditional Chicken Chow Mein recipe is a perfect quick & easy one pot dinner.
Ingredients:
500g boneless chicken
2tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp cornflour
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp sesame oil
4 tbsp light soy sauce
6 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp chilli sauce
3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp white pepper
3 garlic cloves
1 medium onion
2 carrots
Handful mixed peppers
Handful cabbage
