Are you a health conscious non-vegetarian lover? If so, you must include crab in your menu regularly. Crab has a lot of health benefits. This includes but not limited to Phosphorus, Riboflavin, Omega 3 Fatty Acids and Protein. The protein found in crab can be digested easily by all age groups. So, that's al lot of nutrients from Crab. This Crab masala is prepared with simple ingredients to make it easy. However, the taste is second to none. Please try this Crab Peper Fry.
Here is the recipe for for your convenience :-
Ingredients and its quantity:-
Chopped Coconut - 200 gm
Black Pepper Corn - 1/2 tsp
Roughly Cut Onion - 2 no
Roughly Cut Tomato - 2 no
Curry Leaves - 2 sprig + 1 sprig
Gingelly Oil - 2 tbsp
Fennel Seed - 1 tsp
Bay Leaf - 1 no
Cinnamon - 2 inch stick
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Water - as needed

@chef this masala seems very much high . Could you please show coating kind of light masala to crab. Like your mutton chops please. Which can be only focused on masala on crab
