Hey.. I tried this recipe last night for my family. Though the chicken got well cooked from inside but it tasted bland from the inside.. probably the masala didn’t reach within which was hard for me to understand as why.... the top covering of the chicken was crispy and tasty while the inside portion was completely bland. How can we make the inside portion tastier too ? Pls suggest. Thanks !
