These gluten free Easter cookies are a joy to make and taste delicious! Whilst I've named them Easter cookies, it's entirely up to you what gluten free treats you load your cookies up with. Happy baking!

Oh great I will try these, I've search the internet and made several cookie recipes but they never turn out like the ones I view, I follow the recipe so I don't know what I'm doing wrong, the only ones I've got right are your ginger cookies, also what flour are you using I can't get my hands on any supermarket own brands 🙂

Aww the great news is that if you’ve had success with the ginger cookies I shared you’ll be good to go with these Easter cookies, as it’s basically the same recipe, with a few twists and turns here and there! I used ASDA gluten free self-raising flour.. I know M&S free from flour is more or less the sane blend but costs a little more than ASDA’s. Good luck with grabbing the gf flour and hope you enjoy the cookies! X
