DELICIOUS GARI FORTOR / GARI JOLLOF DELICIOUSLY HEALTHY 

I remember my mom preparing this some twenty or more years ago! She called it jollof garri... I'm not sure she knows there's a Ghanaian recipe like this, she was just being creative!

When we lived in Ghana when I was a kid, my mum could NEVER get Fufu or Jollof Rice right... so our neighbours taught her to make Gari Jollof and it became a staple meal. Thanks to you, dear lady, it's going to become a staple for MY family now!

In fact since I met you, I've been a chef myself I cook for the family anytime there's a general meeting and the confidence alone make them love it more
