Ingredients:
1 onion
1 carrot
300 grams of rice
50 grams of oats /gluten-free/
10 grams of red pepper
5 grams of salt
30 grams of vegetable oil
Today we will prepare these grape sarmicki, which are not only dietary, but also very tasty.
We scald the vine leaves for 2 minutes in salted boiling water, if they are raw. Canned vine leaves can also be used. Finely chop one onion, coarsely grate one carrot and fry them in 30 grams of vegetable oil. Add 300 grams of well-washed rice to them. Add 50 grams of oatmeal, 10 grams of red pepper, a little salt and 300 milliliters of water. We mix everything and keep it on the stove until the rice absorbs the water. The mixture for the sarmicki is already ready. We wrap the grape vines and arrange them in a tray. We add another 650 milliliters of water. We cover the tray with foil. Bake in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes and then another 10 minutes without foil.
Our healthy and delicious grape sarmicki are ready.
