Thanks Keith, my mom would make a pasta and peas dish with a very light red sauce, a little onion, canned peas, shell pasta, and lots of parmesan cheese, so simple, so quick so incredibly tasty. Unfortunately she's gone, but I've made it a few times, not bad, but nowhere near as good as her's. Good memories.

both look good but in the pasta you do need a bit of the pasta water to loosen the sauce up...but only a bit ....but looks great

Keith you said you wanted to try corn beef again. May I suggest you try traditional Welsh Rissoles made with corn beef. Google for the recipe. Served with chips and beans and buttered bread. Deelish. Don't forget the brown sauce 😂🎉😂

Hello i love watching your channel hope your feeling better and Nat ok . Just wanted some ideas for valentines meal other than steak as my mrs as lost all her teeth due to cancer treatment i have air fryer slow cooker and pressure cooker also whats your favourite meal to cook on valentines day .keep up the good work love watching you both ❤thanks in advance .❤

Lovely pasta dish Keith Didit Dee 😂😂😂. If you like creamy cheesy pasta try my quick mushroom Alfredo dish. Cook tagliatelle pasta. make a simple cheese sauce using grated Emmenthal cheese mixed with evaporated milk or double cream and a little white wine. In a hot pan sear mushrooms till golden adding a little parsley and garlic at the end and set aside. Place hot pasta in a large serving bowl. Add a tablespoon of butter and a little pasta water and the mushrooms and mix. Add the cheese sauce with 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese and mix vigorously till everything is coat in a creamy cheese sauce. Take a seat and devour cheesy heavenly pasta with a crack of black pepper. Puurfick 😂😂😂
