Lassi base = thick curd + sugar is the Indian smoothie. Be creative with it using fruits, crushes , squashes to create your take and don't forget to share your tip. Many, many years ago, a friend mixed Fanta and Lassi. Called it Fantasy and it is surprisingly tasty. I still make it occasionally.

You guys grinding up cumin seeds in that thai mortar and pestle: instant pleasant powdery powder. Me painstakingly grinding up cumin seeds for a long time in my maharaz: barely broken cumin seeds.

It's a sugar syrup made from Pandan leaves. You can get extracts of it online and then add that to sugar syrup.
