Perhaps you should describe these nice-looking (and I'm sure very delicious) banana-mango ice cream treats just a little differently... as "Lactose-Free and No-Sugar-Added." That's because, technically, they really are NOT Sugar-Free. Both fruits are loaded with natural sugars. I looked for a listing of the nutrition facts for a serving, but as far as I could see, there was none. It would help if you provide the complete nutritional information. It is important on a keto or ketovore lifestyle to know the basic macros in a recipe. How many total grams of fat are in a serving? How many grams of protein? But what are the total grams of carbohydrates, and, of those carbs... how many are attributed to the natural sugars by gram, and how many grams of fiber? I presume that an individual serving is one twelfth of the recipe (since the treats were made in a 12-well muffin tin lined with silicone cupcake liners). If the serving size is one of the twelve, then we can know the NET carbs by subtracting the gram amount of fiber from the gram amount of total carbs.
