Recipe
Filling:
Carrot 1 piece
Cabbage 1/3 (if the cabbage is small)
Salt 1 tsp
Dough:
Eggs 3 pcs
Kefir 250 ml
Salt half a teaspoon
Soda 1 teaspoon
Flax seeds 3 tablespoons
Green buckwheat 7 tablespoons (or 8 tablespoons green buckwheat flour)
Bake at 200 ℃ for 20 minutes (in a preheated oven) (convection mode, heating on both sides)
