Ingredients:
3-4 pieces of chicken thigh (you can use breast too)
1 tsp of salt and pepper, to season the chicken
1 cup of all purpose flour
1 onion minced
2 minced garlic
1 tsp of dried thyme
1 tsp of dried oregano leaves
½ - 1 tsp of chili flakes (if you want more spice, then feel free to add more)
3-4 pieces of sundried tomato
1 tbsp of tomato paste
1 tsp of mustard
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp all purpose flour
2 cups of chicken broth
200 ml of cooking cream
½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Handful of basil leaves
Optional: Handful of spinach
