Correct. I usually make Care Credit payments by phone. Man has accent from India. Something was off. I hung up and called back. Got another guy from India. Asked him to transfer me to auto call. He said it was down. Gave me a number to call which was a seafood company. Mailed my freaking payment like Betty would do. Paid that off

Yeah I felt so bad when I got a guy with an Indian accent at the phone company one time and was so suspicious, I called back on their official number and asked if he was legit. He was. To be fair, it was during a time where I got several calls from Indian scammers a day, so even though this guy spoke in MY language and not English like the scam callers, it was enough to put me on edge. Poor guy... :/

@@melsop54 its nigerian accent. a higher percentage of the african scammers are nigerians regardless of country. they move to other safe countries to keep scamming since their country is trying to get rid of them. ocassionaly you hear other countries accents like ghana, benin etc.
