📌 Instructions:
1. Prepare the Tomatoes and Garlic:
- Cut the tomatoes in half.
- Crush the garlic and chop it finely.
2. Toast the Pine Nuts:
- In a pan, toast the pine nuts until they are golden brown. Set aside.
3. Cook the Pasta:
- In a pot, bring water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
4. Make the Pesto Sauce:
- Slice fresh garlic.
- In a blender, combine the sliced garlic, toasted pine nuts, a pinch of salt, basil leaves, olive oil, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Blend until the mixture becomes a creamy, green sauce. Set aside.
5. Prepare the Garlic and Tomatoes:
- In a large pan, heat a little olive oil over medium heat.
