Baking dish: 20*20 cm.
Ingredients:
Cream
- 1 egg
- 50 grams of sugar (1/4 cup)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 15 grams of cornstarch (1 tbsp)
- 250 ml milk
Dough
- 2 eggs
- 100 grams of sugar (1/2 cup)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 100 ml milk
- 200 grams of flour (1 cup + 2 tbsp)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 500 grams of pear
Additionally:
- 1 tablespoon chopped almonds
Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven / 40 minutes.
