🍓 Protein-Packed Stuffed French Toast Under 300 Calories!

• Cinnamon
• About 1/8 cup milk
• 2 slices of bread

Instructions:

3. Cook Bread: Heat up a skillet and spray it with nonstick cooking spray. Cook the bread slices on the skillet until golden brown on both sides.
4. Make the Filling: While the bread is cooking, mix together 1/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt and 1 scoop of strawberry milkshake protein powder.
5. Assemble the Toast: Once the French toast is cooked, spread the filling on one slice of bread and top it with the other slice.
