8. Broth powder 1 tbs
9. Sugar 1 tbs
10. Water 1500 ml
11. Oil 2 liters for frying
Ground spices:
1. Garlic 5 cloves
2. Coriander poder 1 tbsp
3. Candlenut 5 grains
4. Kencur powdee
5. Kaffir lime leaves 4 pieces
