This simple, but always delicious, pineapple cake is truly delicious and fragrant. A slightly lighter version with less butter.
Ingredients for a 26cm baking pan
1 jar of 8 pineapple slices (about 560 g)
the juice from the jar (this one has a total weight of 560 g, including the pineapple slices)
300 g of flour
190 g of sugar + 4 SPOONS FOR CARAMEL
100 g of butter
4 eggs
1 sachet of baking powder
4 tablespoons of water for the caramel
Bake in a preheated static oven at 170° for 40-45 minutes
