I'm speechless as to how tasty it all looks. I wish we had such food where I live. But then I'd surely be fatter than I already am. Asian cuisine is simply perfect, improved by centuries or even millenia of practice, something that's rarely seen in the world.

that fried chicken patty is nothing but zest and spice. its awesome. i ate that like 3 times a week 10 years ago it only cost 60NT (2 us dollars). often i would get 2....excellent gaming snacks. i think i will be booking a ticket back to my home country. its been so long since ive been.

Some of the food is different I'd try everything. The cooks and the vendors do an amazing job. I worked behind the grill my parents owned a restaurant. So I know the work that goes into all aspects of serving the public. Thank you yum yum 💕

The first dish that was done looks simply yummy. However some of the spices used I can't tolerate anymore. My Stepdad used to make a simple concoction of ketchup and pureed seedless jalapenos and I would eat myself senseless dipping tortilla chips in it. I don't know why such a simple mix of 2 ingredients tasted so good. Most of the dishes I see prepared by these street vendors look so good, I would be thrilled at the chance to go to different countries to try their different foods. YUM YUM, the soup they put all of the cabbage in just looks absolutely delicious a big hot bowl of it with the rice looks tasty indeed.

You may find these "turtles" in Taiwan or South-East China, it's a common street snack called "Chhau-a-Koe", it tastes even better if you saute them and get a golden-crispy skin outside.

Been to Taiwan twice with our daughters in law and sons / grandkids. Used to really enjoy going to the night markets and watching the various cooking stalls. They cook just about everything you can think of and is the best quality and tasteful food you will ever taste in your life. Popular Chinese food as is served in this country has been altered significantly to suit the taste of the British Public. Rows upon rows of stalls with each one cooking their own particular food. Fascinating to watch and I just marvel at the way they improvise in such locations / situations. I saw a bicycle on a stand with a huge wok to it’s front. A charcoal bed underneath and the vendor riding the bike so to speak to generate draught to a bellow situated alongside. If ever you have a must do list, then do it. You will never regret going there and meeting such charming and respectful people.
