I think Farangs can only buy condo or can form a company & buy property in company's name.

Correct. You can buy a condo in your name (if it's a foreign quota), but to purchase a house - you got to open a Thai company or have a Thai wife/partner

@@MickeyStotch I do not need to marry a Thai woman.. my residency will be an investor and I will open an Arabic restaurant project.. and if the investor has two million baht, he will get permanent residency, especially that I am from the State of Kuwait and also tourists from Kuwait do not need residency :)

Marriage to a Thai woman only for multiple nationalities ... For example, I am from the State of Kuwait. I can reside for a year and each month only 1000 baht .... But in the case of residency, if the deposit is 2 million baht, I will get permanent residency in Thailand and also buy a house and I I'm married and have kids and they will be treated like the people of Thailand :) Because I'm invested

I'm Thai but I like your videos more than those made by Thai tourists. Your videos give a relaxed and natural vibe. You present Thai local life, local food, local restaurants and hotels in a good way. Unlike Thai tourists, they usually show extraordinary things, like luxury hotels and restaurants which are expensive. Your videos made me feel refreshed.

The 2nd dish at 21.40 is called "Yum-tua-pu". It's a type of Thai-salad made from sliced -winged beans and sour-coconut-salad dressing together with shrimps and squids. It's yummy. 👍

Near your homestay you have Ban Khao Lak seafood restaurant on stilts (seashells & other specialities). So many waterfall, hot spring, organics farms, children's orphanage/café with volunteer's program, local delicious food at Thai Muang beach etc...

Hello mickey!! Your coconut salad. It's actually Winged Bean Salad. The main ingredients are Wing Beans, Coconut Milk, Dry Coconut. It should actually contain shrimp. But I can't see it on your plate.

Hi Mickey. You visited the temple by the sea in moonsoon season. So rough wave and cloudy sky. Moonsoon-free during Nov till April, clear blue sky, peaceful and beautiful blue sea. That's one of the longest beaches in Thailand stretching straight for almost 20 kilometers till the channel facing Phuket island down south. Forty years ago, the sea there used to be dotted with rafts manned with machines and workers sucking tin from under the sea. Ligted rafts at night glittered the sea with roaring machie but such activity turned away turtles from laying their eggs. After tin mining stopped, turtles have begun to return to lay their eggs recently. Releasing turtle hatchlings to the sea used to be the annual festival there and now it comes back to life.

Hey mickey! I finally have to say something! I've watched so many of your videos now and it's just great! I'm from Germany and my mother is Thai. But has also lived here for a long time. I still have a lot of family in Thailand. one way or another, I am always drawn to thailand. Because of the pandemic, I couldn't go there as planned. 2018 was my last visit there. I miss Thailand very much! my family too, of course. through your videos i can satisfy my longing for it a little. it is calming and enjoyable to see your videos. the food, the beautiful places. i really hope i can come back to thailand soon. how cool would it be to run into you? =) Btw, thank you for the german subtitles! neither my english nor my thai is good. (thanks for the google translator) yes it is sad for someone who has Thai roots. but i'm learning thai at the "Volkshochschule" -> adult education center (......wow never knew it was called that in English) . let's see how far I can get with it.
