1 cup flour 1/2 tsp baking powder Beat till fluffy 3 eggs 1/2 cup and 1tbsp sugar Pinch of salt 1/2 tsp vanilla Then add 3/4 cup oil Add oil slowly while beating Add dry ingredients and mix Coat 1/4 cup tutti frutti with flour and add to mixture Fill 3/4th of cupcake liners and bake **note to add more vanilla than instructed

I want to share something in addition to ur differences between muffin and cupcakes. U can decorate or ice muffins aswell. One more difference is muffins r more bread like texture. With an visible air pockets in it and more crumbly. Cup cakes r more lighter and spongy. Because u beat eggs for a little long. Ingredients r same but a little difference in making. Thanks 😊.
