Man, THIS is what the void floor should have been. If they really wanted to combine existing floors and rooms to make a 'new' floor, having it al be corrupted in a way would've actually been cool.

character concept! immune to spikes and bombs, leaves black creep behind, shoots blinding and slowing tears, takes less physical damage, puts out fires on contact, and has all hearts replaced with black ones, but the one drawback is it's vulnerablity to tears and it takes double damage from tears.

Um hutts most bosses already had a delerium chance in vanilla afterbirth+ . As an example Isaac has a chance to be delerium isaac , but only in boss form
