Dear Henry it is so good to hear from you. Thank you for your feedback and the warm spirit in which you did this. I agree with you that we are all gifted differently and must develop the gift and the character to carry it. To be an apostolic people is to be commissioned and sent into the sphere Hod has called us to function and serve. Only some are called to five fold ministry and carry the call and anointing for that work. However I believe Hod calls and sends people and that we should operate not independently and randomly but with purpose and focus as people sent by God into a territory with an assignment. This totally changes how we view our life and responsibilities….as sons sent by our Father to represent Him. When churches have an apostolic leader they pray for and commission people and empower them to fulfil God given assignments whether in community or in the local church. So often church’s focus on pastoring, gathering and meeting needs and not on purposefully empowering and commissioning and anointing people. Even as a teacher in a local high school I had a strong sense of being sent their by Father God for a purpose bigger than just the teaching…Love and Blessings

It's more important to be 'under' Apostolic ministry. 95% of Christians are under Pastors only and they wonder why there is no power and 30 years later the church does the same things with the same lack of results. In the 5 fold ministry, pastors are next to teachers and therefore have very little real power, for they are Pastors and most of those are not themselves under any Apostolic covering. If anyone is under an apostolic ministry there is more power and revelation regardless of your part in the kingdom. Somewhere, in your church structure there must be an Apostle, or the church is under the oversight of an Apostle somewhere else. When I say an Apostle in the modern sense, I mean one who has real fruit and this begins with his own family. If he's been divorced, or does not have all his own family generations in church then they are not an Apostle, because your family is your first church. Never sit under anyone whose family is a mess. An Apostle also sets up churches... many churches, not just the one. A true Apostle also raises people up and is not threatened by what God does with that person, in fact he encourages him or her to do more than he does - but under his oversight. Church split breakups, like Mike has had, can happen to anyone, that's humans being humans. If you Henry, are pastoral, then get yourself under the oversight of a true Apostle - there are very few. If you are not sure what a true one is, see who the devil is attacking... the devil only attacks that which is a threat to him.

@@ijjones1509 True. An Apostle is a 'sent one', one God chooses. They have a personal encounter and calling with Jesus himself and their task is to raise churches...not one, but many. Apostles raise an 'apostolic' people because those people are under an Apostle. An Apostle is sent to a location, a city or a nation. Mike is right, too many churches have Pastors, and that's the only level they can operate in, essential, but that's the limit of their level or anointing. NZ needs Apostles but there is just one called to the nation, and that's Apostle Brian Tamaki and the devil hates him for it which is the media (which is run by Christians right?) slam him. True Apostles live on the edge. They are either hated or loved. There is no middle ground for they are not ordinary people in the spirit but they came from the ordinary people. Note one Apostle ever comes with a doctorate, from a seminary, or is chosen by a board... ie they don't belong to traditional religious denominations that are ALL run by boards and directors and therefore have little impact on the country as a whole because they are run by man.

I think that the Bible clearly clearly spoke that these signs shall follow those that believe...in my name that shall cast out demons. Mark 16: 17 This is the ministry that reveals so clearly the reality that the Kingdom of God has come Matt.12:28. It is available to all who are United with Christ and submitted to His authority James4:7. We should not limit or contain t.he ministry of deliverance to “special people”
