I got two crazy Uber orders last night plus an OK Walmart order made $107 in an hour and a half my best ever by far after that I just went home. I decided to quit while I was ahead. Drove 35 miles to do it.
You make this look so easy and diffidently fun. I almost would give it a try delivering. I bet it’s a pain trying figure taxes out though. You really look like you enjoy doing it and you’re such a positive guy. Keep it up enjoy ur videos
Your first Rodie went better than mine this weekend. I show up at Best Buy and nobody answers at the loading dock. 24 hours later I’m still stuck in the order. Their support is nonexistent. Might be my first and last 😂
We had similar interactions this week. I work for cvs as my full time job and handed off my first Roadie order this week. I told the driver “I hope you know what you need cause I don’t but here’s your order and a receipt 😂
I had a banger of a day today myself. Only put on 25 miles $120.30 - Spark and a few dirty stacks with Doortrash. Sundays here suck after 7pm as Walmart is understaffed so curbside has LONG wait times, sucks. Next weekend I am going to try the WMT on the other side of town to see if things are different, who knows. I forgot to ask you awhile ago do you still go to Steffens in Kingsland? I miss you visits to there!
When it tells you, you're not in the right spot, swipe 3 times that you've arrived, itll allow to to "override" location. (I've have a few issues where the pinpoint is actually in the wrong spot, to where the house was)
FYI, if you do a Roadie medication delivery, never film that. You signed HIPPA stuff on the app and probably don’t remember. Roadie very particular about medication pickup and delivery.
You need to read up on the hippa law. That's for the pharmacy to uphold. It's their responsibility to wrap the product and label it correctly. As for visualy recording that package: the eyes cannot trespass. Chuck did nothing wrong here
@@WhatYouSee I never said he did anything wrong, his delivery was not from the pharmacy I was just letting him know. It’s Not about the HIPPA law it’s about roadie policy. He actually picked up a front store delivery not a back store pharmacy. You assumed I was attacking him. It was for knowledge just in case. He gets a pharmacy med pick up. It was his first roadie so I-was sharing info ass hole.
I complete a few roadie orders a day along with my other apps and I just let them deposit my earnings on Tuesday of every week that way it adds up with no fees❤
Easy trip with Roadie! Nice earnings today. I believe Walmart policy or training section explains why if they charged you for a canceled delivery from what I saw. I am on a waiting list. As far as your mother's perm for $300 was way overpriced. Be safe!
Roadie around here is all big home improvement store or Walmart orders usually a big items like a couch or bike or wood etc I never did it because I showed up 3 times and had orders 3x the size they said it was
I see they reimburse you for toll costs dd doesn't. I hate sonic every time I go there bad shit happens or the vibe is way off it feels weird. I don't like the shop and delivers, I prefer the pick up and drop off. ( I think of it as grab and go orders)
lol spark is basically 24 hours. Tips are as we all know, most of the $ gig workers make. Tip baiting is extremely common! Happens seriously once every couple weeks, very stupid.
I promise you… you will never see a “really good one” with roadie, speaking on my experience. The drug store (script) drop offs are the most lucrative on the platform. 7:52
I imagine business is better than this but you got to think, the guy might make $300 each perm but how many clients does he serve each week maybe only three some weeks and yeah that's still 900 that week that's pretty great but if you have crazy bills, and you don't get clients for a week or so, then you got to make that stretch although I'm sure that they make way more than that. Because I'm sure he also can style hair other ways and do coloring and find all types of ways to make more money. Anyway that's cool that you got a roadie gig Paradise signed up for that a long time ago and I'm still on a waiting list as far as I know I'm going to check it again but sure I would have got an email by now lol.
They pipped your mother off she needs to find someone else. 300 is waaayyyyy to much. Im a woman i know. It goes on length. And i bet your mother has very short hair.
Just curious...are you going to try and get back on Door Dash? Looks like your doing fine with Walmart. But there was a driver....Nuggs, who also got deactivated. He was actually scamming the system and now he's back driving for Door Dash. He waited about 6 months and appealed it again, and they let him back on. Just wondering......
It's not Roadie, it's the "sender". The sender plays games with Roadie to save a buck. I know 1st hand from a big box store mgr. It's happened to me, and fortunately I was tipped off by an ex mgr that still works for that company. I was supposed to pick up 1 item that supposedly "fits in a shoebox". Turned out to be 4 20" tires. I completely the delivery, immediately called Roadie. Roadie was like F that, they paid me and additional $12 on top of the $8 the original gig was posted. 6 miles.
I truly appreciate your content. I did DD/UE during the lockdown and really enjoyed it, had a little Mazda 3 that got totaled on the same stretch of road that horrific accident in Fort Worth TX happened in February-2021, just the day before (so to all the ppl that said there wasn’t any de-icer on the roads, I can promise there was, that’s why I got in a wreck, it was my fault, I was trying to ask the guy next to me if he’d let me over, the entire highway was crawling from the TX dot trucks and I was going to miss my doctors appointment! Anyway… I’m a moron!) well, I made a stupid choice to add to my moronica and bought a mini van, it was a beast I couldn’t deliver for 💩 in it, such a different size. Well now I’m back, have a Ford Edge and it’s much easier to manage. I have been watching your videos and started driving this week. I get orders from both DD/UE that are $12.50 for 25 miles, well, that’s a problem here, because the delivery areas don’t have restaurants to maybe get me back to my starting point, so it’s really 50 miles, as I have to get back to a better area.i haven’t averaged more than $13 an hour so to speak yet, but I just won’t take orders that make no sense. UE especially doesn’t service the customer very well, they see Zaxbys for example and don’t realize that it’s coming from a store 25-30 miles away, and the food, even in a thermal bag is NOT going to taste awesome after riding around for almost an hour, true story, the location looked like Denton Hwy, not Denton TX, so I accepted it thinking it was in my area. I got a $2 tip for that one and I was gone 70 minutes, didn’t even get another order until I made it all the way back to my starting point. 💔
I think I have hit rock bottom watching you shop for tennis shoes and just the video in general of a close up of you talking for lord knows how long. God help me!
This guy drives WAYYYYY too fast in the residential neighborhoods. You can literally hear the engine gunning and you speeding by houses at what looks like 40+ mph..... Very unsafe!!!
It probably only seems that way because it is so rural where he is (most of the time). Also in the SE US many speed limits, even in residential areas (outside of HOA subdivisions) are often 35, 45, and 55 mph. I live on the border of NC/SC and used to live in GA, as well as DC and CA. The SE speed limits are crazy and way too fast in so many areas…IMO.
Chuck almost $99 today first 2 hours on the almighty doordash, you shouldn't have pissed off Starbucks now you are huffing and puffing bigger items for decent pay. Don't be like doordash Santiago
@@da-mann0112 market dependent yes, why it's nice that I live in a city where the average home is a million dollars, but I also have a perfect 5 customer rating and platinum dasher it all adds up to no huffing and puffing shopping for larger orders
