My dawg @taythelocaltrucker already made a video on that. We work out the same yard. Here’s a link to his video. If that doesn’t work just search his channel and look out for “What is component pay?” Appreciate you my man 👊🏾 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-R6-kTJCaGRQ.htmlsi=k6UxsrZkeuOpQE4q

How long does it take for your body to adjust to the job? I just started and I feel like everything is too heavy for me.
@kickbackkris392
@kickbackkris392 3 месяца назад
@@phillipharrold7141 I was sore everyday and that definitely made it feel like the cases were heavier than they actually are. I started getting comfortable at 4months. I was completely sore-free at 6 months! Remember I’m also 5’8” and started at 315lbs. Dropped down to 270lbs within 1 year and been maintaining 285lbs for the last year

@@kickbackkris392 thanks that really helps because I’m still trying to learn the game because i want to make it but it’s hard when you’re new to food service.

@@phillipharrold7141 just like any other thing in life such as dieting, money saving, relationships… it takes commitment and the pros must outweigh the cons. You can do it! I was highly motivated to keep pushing for 3 reasons. 1. The schedule. 2. Losing weight. 3. The money.

@@phillipharrold7141 I was new to food service too. I came from 4 years of forklift work in a warehouse. Then OTR with Dollar General. Now foodservice with US Foods. I’m glad to be of help!

@@JeetOp-nw3pn about 13 hours most days. I have one short route on Monday so that gives me about 16 hours off duty

You busted your ass but corporate starts hating when they see someone potentially making other income streams as hr manager for another food service company in Houston I’ve seen it multiple times great work just cross your t’s when on video they could get for -using that kind of blade - profane language -scanning cases off of dolly depending on companies work habit policies
