Mine is normal delivery. After a week elders suggests to tie saree around the belly initially it is so difficult as it disturbs my breathe.but due to Insist I did it.second delivery I neglect it but after 9 days I feel such air in belly and the skin is so lose .so I started myself the saree trick it helps me a lot.and control the thrist of overeating due to loose skin.

You can use belt immediately next day of delivery.. Be it normal or caeserian... But it's always best you ask your gynac for same.. They r best to take guidance

Belt is not be used in c section delivery. It's not safe. And reduces recovery of the wound. It's done in normal delivery only

Hi Megha, very useful information.. Can you please tell me that how much quantity of jeera, saunf & ajwain your mumma used to boil in how much water? Also, did you take soaked dry fruits or as it is? How much quantity of water should be drunk a day? How it gets increases day by day for C-section delivery?
