Also reading a couple of the previous comments is a shame how people automatically jump to customers not tipping and commenting on things that don't pertain to your video and why you made it. It just makes me laugh I appreciate your video for why you made it.

Walmart is testing out a new feature, They started about a week ago, They sent in a text message a link to a map where you can see your driver it's still not accurate but it's already there, it's a matter of time before they fix it and make it available in the Walmart app

It all depends on your area, if store allows earlier arrival then most likely customers already got used to early deliveries, if you're delivering before scheduled time you do want to confirm the customer is at home, over the last couple of months most stores have went away from early deliveries and will not allow you to check into the store until :40 after, which by the time they bring out the groceries, get you loaded and you drive to the customer, it will be on the top of an hour. My recommendations for the new driver, make sure you get the right orders and don't mess them up, you deliver to the right customer to the right door, be kind and polite to Walmart employees, spark customer service and to the customer, and follow given instructions on your screen, if any issues with the app call spark customer service, if any issues with groceries itself call l Walmart department manager where you picked up the order, and finally keep good records of all your deliveries and miles driven including one label for each drop-off

@@SlavicDyourCoach Good to know, but I have seen that (in my market) the scheduled delivery times are very generous. I've started a 20 customer run and at the end I am 15-20 minutes early on the last couple of deliveries. But I guess that is the half window...

No, you navigate with your favorite navigation app and sometimes you need to use more than one app in order to find a customer location

I did the first couple deliveries for the purpose of video recording, the last six deliveries been delivered by other drivers, they all got five stars and a minimum of $4 or more in tips. Drivers, let's be nice to each other at least with each other orders.

@@SlavicDyourCoach Not asking you to create an app. On your spark app after you drop off the groceries to the customer and you give them a thumbs down could you see it on your customer's app. That is my question. Thanks

Next morning driver will notice he's customer rating has dropped, and if he has good records of his deliveries he can pinpoint which customer gave him low rating especially if the customer also pulled the tip. For me personally rating should be with reason why, so we can learn from our mistakes, otherwise what's the point of the rating when you have no clue why customer rated you poorly.

@@SlavicDyourCoach He was saying can the customer see that the driver gave them a thumbs up or down. I do know that the customer can see any comments the driver leaves after the delivery so I’m guessing they can see if the driver gave them a thumbs up or down also

I have not found a place where customer can see how they're being rated on Walmart app, so I'm not sure is there a place to see that information

When you live in the market where you get five or six orders total for the day an extra order can give an extra seven bucks
