Helping someone knows how I can fix a problem that I have, when I turn on the PC he sends me straight to the epsa test, ends and restarts and again and then every time he just starts the epsa test and windows does not!
How to exit from ePSA pre boot system assessment. After completing the scan when I press exit again ...... Again this scan pop up in my display. Please help me how to go back in my desktop.
It scans every component in the motherboard, if there is a error, there is a fault in the computer. But if there are not, then you will be able to go back.
i have the same issue here and i have NOT found a solution. I figured out how to avoid going through the epsa pre-boot system assessment repeatedly. After restarting and before any test loads, by pressing F12, it led me to other configuration options. I configured it so that it doesn't automatically jump to epsa pre-boot. I also set it up so that I can reboot with a USB stick instead by going through the setup option (F2). I've created a bootable USB for Windows 10 from Microsoft.com and am testing out to see if this will work. So far, no luck.
I know this problem. it's very simple, maybe the Fn key is stuck, so when you start the computer, Fn+start. This is the shortcut to run epsa test. And the keyboard won't work except the external keyboard. Ur welcome :)
