u replace the ic chip and resistor or just replace the resistor... i replace mine with bloated capacitor but still same problem no power

Check continuity with main filter capacitor to Ic

You can use below 50ohm resistance, as fusable

@@shailinternational2552 I atill can see the 5 color bar, black, gold, gold, black, brown or red, not sure which end starts first, and I notice that the color code has no gold color in 2nd or 3rd bar, that is why i am not sure the value

Resp Sir! Dell SPMS was Secondary Section Was not Out Put Sir. Which Problem Sir. and one a time Siries Lamp was Glowing Sir and again not Glowing sir. Whatever component show faulty get it out of the PCB and check it. & Also check TNY 7 pin ic may be short if present in pcb
