This video is very useful. Do you have one in which you disassemble the touchpad buttons? The left button of my touchpad seems to be permanently pressed down.

Do you have a solution to the 9570 problem 'No TPM in BIOS'?

It's not there and you're asking how to make it there? I don't know. Custom bios?

It seems to be a rather common problem with the 9560 and 9570. There's a white Alert screen 'TPM not found', there are no TPM settings in the BIOS and it's also not possible to use the Dell TPM update tool in Window.

Many thanks for this video - wish I had discovered it earlier !! (the one I was watching first had me taking off bits which were unnecessary to get at the Keyboard - like the Heat Sink....)

THANK YOU so much for taking your time to put this video together. I have zero disassembly / assembly skills... and... this video saved my laptop. I spilled 🙃 a PROTEIN SHAKE all over the keyboard and after the 2 seconds of realizing what had happened & processing that what had happened was bc of me, lol, I immediately powered off the device and tuned it upside down with the lid open. I *knew* it was done for. I imagined the protein solidifying inside all of the unseen components, so without giving a f*ck, I took it to the sink and gently sprayed out the keyboard, then set it upside down to dry. What to do, what to do... after an hour of searching RU-vid, I discovered this video. I was able to disassemble the entire machine, clean everything with isopropyl alcohol wipes and reassemble after waiting 48 hours to ensure all od the components were dry with the overhead fan running full speed. I was surprised to find that there was zero signs of protein shake inside the laptop, and only 3 droplets of water. So glad I bought a Dell XPS and so thankful for your video! I have no expectations for how long my machine will last after this fiasco, but I learned a lot from my mistake and have a lot of respect for what you know how to do! Truly appreciated 👏
