Well I get the point from your video, but such benefits are more less given by all other Big4s. If I take the example of PWC AC they reimburse 34K for smartphone. This 34K is reimbursed in full irrespective of whether the smartphone costs you 1rs or 20000rs. Next they also provide a one time wfh allowance of 18.5k without asking for any receipts. Mid year pay hike has been given by PwC AC as well. Lot of people takes the benefit of both office dongle as well as internet reimbursement together from PwC AC. Insurance is same for both Deloitte and PwC. Pick and drop facilities are there in both the companies. Prior to corona, employees staying in the office beyond 8pm could order any food and get that reimbursed in full. There are couple things which Deloitte provides better, one is the annual health reimbursement of 25K, second the gym facility and last is petrol reimbursement for ones own car. Work culture is an extremely subjective point. Goldman Sachs is the most competitive and regressive organization yet everyone wants to work there atleast once. Hence, the difference in benefits provided by Big4s is miniscule. PwC AC has given pay hike to all its employees in mid year as well. They are awaiting for their annual gift along with new year coupon vouchers.

Just to update: Deloitte usi provides below benefits other than CTC and variable 1. 25k mobile reimbursement 2. 25k well bring reimbursement 3. 15k Hybrid work reimbursement 4. 20k travel (for office coming) reimbursement 5.monthly 1500+500 as internet+postpaid reimbursement 6. Gym membership reimbursement and many more Total reimbursement 85k+ 24k = 1.09lac per year...plus 5 lac mediclaim with 6 dependents.

Sibananda In deloiite all designation have similar benefits. You will get mobile rebursement ,hike every year , good bonus .....disadvantages you may need to work for long hours or in weekends...like subscribe :-)

Deloitte USI is exactly the same of Deloitte US firm but located in India , clients are usually from US and globally. Whereas Deloitte India is a separate firm and takes care most of the clients from India. I heard onsite opportunities are very less in both Deloitte USI and Deloitte India.

Health insurance is about 3L per annum.And the 15k which you told about is only applicable if wfh is going on for selected items like table/chair etc.(These values may be different depending upon many factors)

My husband is in senior position in deloitte.smart phone facility is only avaliable from consultant designation. That 15 k increasing to 25k now. And 5lakh mediclaim free for the employees.u can increase it by more paying.

Deloitte don't provide any communication expense, they say after 8pm if you in office,and if want to take cab that is chargeable and the expense which they declare for due to Corona for this fiscal year
The Cab Facility Always there but it's chargeable they Deduct the Same Amount form the Salary, and some information which you provided in the starting of video is incorrect, And they Declare some Amount (limit is there) for the Transportation upto may 2022 which only you can take if are working form office
