If this is your set up, then there is one simply thing to improve significantly. You need to warm the machine up properly - the temperature sensor is in the boiler, so the boiler water might be fine but it will cool down as it goes through and it will not extract the coffee correctly. To resolve, put the portafilter in, switch it on, once heated, run a cup of water, wait for 'ok'... consider repeating....get the machine heated up, then add coffee. Add coffee last as you will burn it otherwise. Preground beans are another issue holding your quality back a lot - they are almost certainly stale - but you'll need a grinder then.
Have one and love it, its cheap basic and making coffee like an esspresso (its 15 bars) and dont need georges Clooney to make forget ridiculously expensive pads
Tengo la misma y el café que hace parece café de filtro sale aguado nunca sale con espuma! Cómo debería hacerlo? Hay algún café especial? Un molido más fino o algo? Porque estoy a punto de tirarla y comprar otra
@@addyonline I was told that an espresso should be timed using a stopwatch and you should stop the machine after 25 seconds, if the machine doesn't stop automatically (which this one doesn't).
