I got this online some months ago, and I don't have any info about it as it doesn't have any name on it. Unfortunately, I don't have any link. Otherwise, I would share it with you 🙂

It disturbs my sleep only when I drink 2 cups or more a day. But in general, there are a ton of other things disturbing my sleep, like overthinking, for instance 🙂👍

@@Petercoffeee I see, the problem is the daily dosage. I'll stick to 1 cup a day and see if it improves my sleep. Thanks for describing this for me.

The caffeine in coffee can still affect you up to 10 hours after your last cup, so it's advisable that you have your last cup at 12:00 or 12:30 p.m.
