So cool, so tiny, a mini but mighty little espresso machine, with the Nespresso frother a great and versatile combo, nicely done and superbly fun video
You called the Essenza the Innenza. The milk you should be using is skim milk. What you got was warmed milk. It was in no way frothy. When you use skim milk you will find that the milk becomes whipped and looks like meringue but it is not meringue it is just frothy and not just warmed milk like yours. I have found that my Essenza prefers Natrel skim milk better than Sealtest skim milk. That the machine would have a preference seems nuts to me, but that is what I found. Hope this helps you.
I would love to see a video on who you think a Keurig is best for and who you think a Nespresso is best for. I know the Nespresso makes better espresso, but this would be helpful to those of us that could go either way. I appreciate it!
