CASE BACKGROUND: Richard M. Allen, 50, was arrested on October 28th, 2022 and charged with 2 counts of murder in the Delphi case. Abby Williams and Libby German were murdered on February 13th, 2017, and were last seen on the Monon High Bridge. Their bodies were discovered the following day on Ron Logan's private property.

It is disgusting what Mitch Westerman did.. If I were murdered, I wouldn't want my naked, murdered body circulated throughout social media. That is horrible! And I am very proud of you Gisela, for not wanting to accept the pictures. I wouldn't want to see them either, like you said, "You can't UN-SEE them!" The sad fact is, Abbey and Libby have been victimized multiple times by multiple different directions. From the perpetrators of the original crime, the shoddy investigation and crime scene "investigation", the shoddy prosecutors, the unscrupulous "true crimers" (IYKYK) and know the judge herself. I don't think the case will ever be salvagable. RIP Abbey and Libby.

What Judge brings in 12 LE into her courtroom to, threaten the lawyers, and stipulating that if they don't bow out, she will shame them forever on live t.v.? If the Indiana Superior Court doesn't see something wrong, and furthermore, order RA's original Defense attorneys to move on, IMO RA will die before a fair trial. I hope justice is served for Abby and Libby. Prayers to Abby, Libby, their loved ones AND Richard Allen's fair trial and his wife, mother and loved ones as well.

This is exactly what should have happened prior to the Attys being let go. All the BS from Judge Gull, who really has the gall, to behave inappropriately & allowing her friends from other counties on this case, sketchy. They knew who the breech was when it happened & the person did it purposefully. He didn’t happen upon it, he intentionally was searching for information to “leak”. I wonder if he, or close friends of this mug here, is friends with the Judge or have mutual friends on FB & other SM accounts? This should be much more than a misdemeanor as the sealed case with a gag order of any evidence should carry a much serious penalty. I want to know what this man was doing in the office to begin with?? After listening to this and reading the court documents, RF most likely took his own life as he shared them & most likely thought he was going to go to prison for a long time. Never know what he was thinking that made him take his life, but being disgraced for sharing the photos with a slug in Texas, & then him continuing to be told that he was going to sell them, share them, etc.

Victims family done same thing to my daughter and pets. And now say it was legal because my daughter wanted to hang out with boy from there family trying to set me up and now won't answer any questions. This family is beyond hypocritical and scum and it will come out just like Oden evidence that everyone adamantly denied could be possible right before info came out. They should of kept there family from attacking witnesses as myself in lieu for false suspect(me) to fill there mind.

Seeing crime scene photos is something that would traumatize me for life. You can never un-see them. Why would anyone want to see them. I pray I never have to see them as a juror if I am called. 🤢

I wouldn't want to see them either. I have seen deceased family members in the best of circumstances. (Natural causes, in hospital or during funeral.) And I had horrible nightmares after. I don't want to see those girls like that, in the full horror of the scene.

When I was 13, my cousin had a best friend whose uncle owned the tow facility that OJ Simpson’s bronco was being stored in. My cousin’s friend gained access to the facility and further the bronco. A group including myself and about 10 other young people, I was one of 2 minors (my now husband was the other) and we took photos with the bronco and did touch it, a lot. Fingerprints everywhere! DNA all over! I cringe now! I was 13, my cousin and everyone else was mostly college age, but regardless I was wrong, all of us made a huge mistake that could have had horrible consequences! I would assume the bronco had been processed already by forensics and not only was it the early 90s but so many mistakes were made in the custody chain of evidence. We could have really, really messed up that trial, more than it was. My only point in sharing this story is to show how many potential grave errors are made in these high profile cases that sometimes never are found out! We should never have had access, even if it was processed. No one ever found out and my husband and I still have the pictures of this today! I will not be sharing or selling, lol, so embarrassing!

It doesn't make sense to photograph legal documents and then call it a mistake. Yes, having unsecured documents lying around is at the very least sloppy work. This case is beginning to lose focus on Abby and Libby. 😢

If they were accessed by the UPS man or the Uber Eats driver I would call it sloppy or perhaps even negligent. In this instance the documents were photocopied by a trusted former colleague that has acted as a consultant on the case. Someone whom very well knew the confidential status of the documents and the severity of the actions he engaged in, and used his trust and access to commit a criminal act. Yes, Baldwin does bear some responsibility as the violation occurred at his office, by someone he allowed to have access to an area the materials were contained. However, given the totality of the circumstances, it’s entirely reasonable that Baldwin would believe those documents were secure and protected in Mitch Westerman’s presence.

Id like to know why files like that were left out in the open making them easy to be photographed & exploited?? IMO that lawyer needs to be replaced but this case is so FUBAR, it should be taken out of that County period as Judge is suspect too & they had to put RA in a prison just to protect him!! Yea! That interview with Mitch W on the Msheet reminded me of when someone’s spouse goes missing or dies under suspicious circumstances. You can tell the remaining spouse was involved because they have a hard time acting like they are upset or even liked their spouse very much and they can’t help throwing in thinly disguised backhanded compliments as well as degrading or derisive comments. For a perfect example see Wendy Adelson’s police interview😂😂😂

It’s a disgusting act to take these photos and share them. Not only is it offensive to the victims and their families, but it puts the conviction of the perpetrator in jeopardy. A person can ‘get off’ on a technicality, arguing that his/ her trial was unfair. A prison sentence for something like this should be lengthy.

The photos were leaked and Judge Gull was well made aware of it, at least 2weeks prior to this.

Maybe there is a loophole in the Indiana law where the Defense team stays in place because Judge Gull should not have ambushed the Defense team. She can’t force them to withdraw for mishandling evidence. Was she protecting them for reasons unknown? The evidence should not have been leaked but unfortunately the Judge did not handle the series of events according to the law.

She definitely wasn’t protecting the attys & should have never asked the attys to resign. When the defense asked the Judge to not remove the attys, she should have respected his rights and allowed the process to be handled legally with an appropriate hearing. She didn’t, she bullied the attys into submission and made them resign. She then “appointed” attys out of the jurisdiction, whom she’s personal friends with, both of those were also wrong & why she’s in trouble.

@@Juke582 a good sign that she is in the wrong, is that her choices in how she handled the situation in chambers, has now gone to ISC. First off, she did not allow the defendant to speak in court and on record as to his wishes. Which is his right. If you would like more examples of all the possible illegal rights violations she has forced upon RA, I suggest watching Defense Diaries Podcasts

Working in the legal field, this I know; Having kids or not having kids does not a good/ethical/moral person make. If having kids made people better human beings, my job - and millions just like it - would be obsolete.

I'd not view those crime scene photos even if I could! How disrespectful to the victims and their families..😕 and shame on you if you have!! These photos are only for the authorities,the courts,and the jury(if we ever get to a trial)🙄 My prayers will certainly be with the folks on this jury,when they do have to view these photos.
