J'ai eu la chance de découvrir ce film en entier dans un cinéma du quartier latin. Delphine Seyrig y est impeccable, drôle, charmante, lucide et envoûtante... Quel dommage qu'elle n'ait pas joué davantage avec Truffaut.

François Truffaut"s death. Drugs and alcohol. Bad temper. A person to avoid.

@@cecilev.9253 What the hell are you talking about? Obviously, François's death affected him greatly. He had a nervous breakdown when that happened. He still looks very attractive to me in his 50's. Obviously now he looks much older: age is more noticeable in people with very white skin. It even seems that he was never very active, physically, unlike people like Mick Jagger who in his 80s did a lot of exercise routines. Maybe food, I don't know. But it seems ridiculous to me to say that his appearance is due to drugs or alcohol. It happens to a lot of people, and it doesn't mean they are drug addicts or alcoholics. Jean is one of my favorite actors along with Al Pacino. Jean has had the freedom to reject roles that he does not like, because he loves cinema thanks to Francois Truffaut. He has never acted in a movie that he does not like or just for the money. Not just any actor can do that. Mr. Léaud is beautiful inside and out. Always has been.
