This video will show you the some comparison between Delta AS and DVP PLC. If you connect to standard Modbus devices, you can simply use data exchange function to access data without any programming. However, you still can use standard Modbus function code to access data with ease.

hey you control the com ports of for example an AS00SCM-A using this methode ? if I wanna connect AS320 to a AS00SCM-a with modbus , is this possible `?

Do you mean connect AS00SCM-A to AS320 right side and use AS-F485 card to communicate with other devices? If yes, sure it can work but just need to change the special flag SM96 to SM76 (card 1).

From where i can get the modbus addresses if particular analog and digital address of AS228R PLC .

Yes, AS PLC can be Master or Slave.
