Delta County Colorado, Our Home 

Delta County is incredible.Thanks for sharing this video. I shared on FB. This is where generations of my family including my mom, brothers and I were born and raised. This is where great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, aunts, uncles, cousins and my brother are buried. This is where I went to school, got married, and had my first teaching job. This place will always be a part of me.

My brother lived in Delta back in the 1970’s. I visited a lot. Loved the area.

Love the video of Delta County. But I would just like to remind people that the Ute tribe also called this home for thousands of years before anglos banished them to a tiny, parched reservation in Utah! go to the Delta museum of history to see an image of Chipeta crying when returning to her former home in Montrose. The government took Ouray and her property there with no compensation!
