Man, that is so cool. I was poor growing up, so my family could never dream of stuff like this. I always saw it as high-tier, upper class stuff. The fact that I can start accessing these myself in about 2 years (dang 5/24) is nothing short of amazing. I hope you keep making more of these sky club/lounge videos, they're kind of motivational videos for me to keep up with my credit. By the way, I'm certain I'm correct on this but the CSR doesn't provide Delta Sky Club access right? Only Priority Pass? It makes me wonder if the AMEX Platinum might be a better choice, even though I like the CSR better for everything other than its limited lounge access.
CSR only gives you PP. Play with our Amex Platinum calculator to make sure you get positive expected value (and use our referral link if it helps!): blog.asksebby.com/is-the-550-amex-platinum-worth-it-61615101a72
I'm starting to consider the Delta Skyclub benefit a superior Amex Plat benefit to Centurion Lounges...don't get me wrong, I love Centurion Lounges, but there are so few of them, and they get so crowded...I only recently got my Plat, and I got to try out the Skyclub at SEA...very, very nice. Plus, they told me there that there's no problem using it when you're on an arriving Delta flight, another plus it now has over Centurion...
Hey Sebby, Delta is my airline of choice and travel with them quite often. I know you can get in with an AMEX Platinum Card like you said. But do you think it's worth using the airline credit (roughly $200-250 depending on the cc) to sign up for membership so I can take guests in with me without the extra charge? Delta's website shows a change in their access policy and the AMEX platinum can't take in guests for free anymore. What do you think?
I loved it !!!!!!! Especially Mandy, I miss here ❤. I loved it because Priority Pass, doesn't have the Centorion lounge or Delta's Sky lounge and with the Amex Plat., you get both. Awesome, Sebby. Can you do The American Airlines lounge next? Thank you, Sebby and Mandy ❤.
Please keep filming these lounges when you go to them. I am on the fence right now about getting one of these premium cards, and this video does the picture is worth a thousand words thing pretty well.
Excellent video Sebby and Mandy! I've heard that the lounge in the San Jose Cali airport is really nice and maybe you could put that on your list? Safe travels!
Nice looking room, nice open bar and wine choices, however just like the Centurion lounge very unimpressed with the food. I've never been in a lounge, always had this picture in my head of this amazing array of delicious looking food and have watched 2 videos of yours in lounges and somewhat disappointed. Great views, great if you're a big drinker, not impressed at all with the food.
Ask Sebby nope! it was dark bad lightning I didn't see any food like at your lounge...i've heard their several different lounges Delta Sky lounges in the ATL airport. I'm working on getting the top tear Amen.....as of now I have 2. when I walked into the lounge, I told the lady, I was flying First Class on Delta, and I was also an Amex member....but I wasn't a card member that let you get in for free. I ask if I could look around before I decided to give Delt $ 50 bucks. I'm glad I did. I would not hang in that lounge if I where a platinum card member......no impressed @ all.
