Define propaganda? He clearly stated that a case was won, why don’t you fact check that. From what I hear, he is saying use the legal ward structure to perform the delineation of wards. Let me break it down for you, some one owes you N10 and they claim to owe you N5 but the court has ascertained that they owe you N10 instead of them to pay you N10 with the interest they went to get a judgment that the needed to pay you interest on money they owe you without stating the amount and now they want to pay you interest on N5 instead of paying you the interest on N10. He is just saying respect the fact that you owe me N10 and pay the interest base on that. You can’t perform delineation with illegal ward structures. What is the propaganda there?
INEC should perform the delineation of wards base on the legal ward structure then. If there is already a judgement that said they should revert the present ward structure to the original structure then the delineation of the wards should be done after they have reverted to the original ward structure. I nor know why we nor fit do things straightforward for this country. You can’t be doing delineation with wrong structure.
