I've noticed there is always a charecter represents chaos across undertale and both chapters of deltarune mettaton, jevel, and stampton who all have interesting hidden sides behind them

Blessed by the Algorithm Guys, remember that it's the animator choice to even do a Part 2. Also Chapter 2 literally launched yesterday, a good animation don't literally just pop up from nowhere. They have to first be inspired to have a ideia, then create sketchs and concept, principal key frames, in-between frames, final line art, color, shading, rendering and editing the video. That's like a simplification of the whole process.
